Thank you for this. I wanted to reach out and express that the two girls that worked our event were incredible. They were attentive, friendly and took care of everything efficiently. We were so appreciative, everyone had a great time. Please pass this along to both of them. I work at a large agency where I supervise over 200 staff and want to say that I’m impressed by both of their professionalism and positive attitudes. We will happily book again in the future.

I wish I could give Saratoga Strike Zone more stars - what an amazing time we had.  They do a special when kids are on break from school!  The staff came to check on us to see if we wee doing okay.  They brought us a ramp for my five-year-old and two six pound balls.  They also have a sizable arcade.  I hear their Happy Hour is awesome - I will have to come back with my hubby for that.

I can not say enough good things about renting the VIP suite.  From the time I booked the party, till I walked out the door, everything was PERFECT!  Amber was easy to work with and super accommodating, the ladies that hosted the party were fast, friendly and really kind.  They took the time to answer all my questions, even at their busiest moments.  Many of our guests commented about the room and what a great party it was.  The food was perfect and hit the spot for all our bowlers.  I thank you ad your staff for making my husband's 50th bday so memorable.

We had my daughter's 2nd birthday party in the VIP room this past weekend. I can not say enough great things about this place. The staff was absolutely incredible, so helpful setting up, fun and readily available to assist our guests. A special thank you to Kennedy, who went over and beyond, and is wonderful with kids! The VIP space is fantastic, everyone had a blast...and I can't believe I'm saying this but the pizza and wings were great! Never thought I'd say that about bowling alley food, but wow! Thank you!!!!!

I had my daughter's birthday party in the VIP room yesterday afternoon and I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had and especially, how wonderful our party hosts were. Embarrassingly enough, I was a little stressed out at the start and I can't remember their names but they quickly assured me everything would be great and it was! They were amazing and totally exceeded my expectations. They were efficient, helpful, kind, just plain awesome. We had a lot of kids and they handled everything so gracefully and the kids loved them. Liz behind the bar was equally as awesome and kind. I also had a great experience with Amber getting everything set up ahead of time, My daughter said this was the best birthday she's ever had and she already wants to come back next year. The kids and adults all had a great time. Please let your staff know how much I appreciated them and how truly wonderful they all were. Thank you for operating such a great business with great staff!
